After you decide to work with Résumé Plus, we will send you a Customer
Service Agreement. When the Agreement is accepted, signed and returned to us, we will prepare and send you a questionnaire by e-mail. Soon after you have completed and returned the questionnaire to Résumé Plus, you will receive a draft of your new résumé.
While most of our clients accept their documents without revision,
your changes, if any, will be incorporated into your résumé, the final document will be transferred to a CD in Microsoft Word format. That CD will be mailed to you USPS first-class at no charge. UPS and
Federal Express are also available for a nominal fee.
